Job Title: Corporate Bank – Customer Service Manager – Associate/AVP

Job Description: As a Customer Service Manager at Associate or Assistant Vice President level in the Corporate Bank at a globally established German universal bank, you will be responsible for updating standard operating procedures and managing client-facing customer service delivery — applying corporate banking expertise to service excellence for Deutsche Bank’s corporate banking clients in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Update standard operating procedures — formal and informal — for corporate banking client service delivery
  • Manage client-facing customer service operations at Associate and AVP level in a globally established corporate bank
  • Oversee corporate banking client onboarding, service requests, and after-service transaction management
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations teams on client service workflow
  • Build and maintain strong corporate banking client relationships through professional, responsive service delivery
  • Drive customer service process improvements and operational efficiency across corporate banking service functions
  • Produce customer service performance reporting and management information for senior banking leadership
  • Ensure full compliance with DFSA, internal Deutsche Bank policies, and UAE banking regulatory requirements

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven Associate or AVP-level customer service management experience within a globally established corporate bank
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products, service standards, and UAE banking regulatory requirements
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills for corporate banking service leadership
  • Experience updating standard operating procedures and driving customer service operational improvement
  • Arabic language skills preferred for UAE corporate banking client and regulatory engagement
  • UAE or GCC corporate banking customer service management experience strongly preferred
