Job Title: Commercial Acquiring Manager

Job Description: Seeking a Commercial Acquiring Manager for the MENA region. The role requires 10+ years in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership within Payments, FinTech, eCommerce, or SaaS, with a proven track record of originating and closing major acquiring and commercial partnerships at C-suite level.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships across the MENA region at C-suite level
  • Build and manage Unlimit’s acquiring ecosystem relationships — including banks, payment networks, and commercial partners — across MENA markets
  • Drive revenue growth through new acquiring commercial partnerships and expansion of existing partner relationships
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations with C-suite and senior decision-makers at banks, fintechs, BNPLs, telcos, and utilities
  • Develop and execute Unlimit’s MENA acquiring commercial strategy in alignment with global commercial leadership
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new acquiring partners — managing project delivery and partner integration
  • Monitor MENA payment market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting acquiring
  • Represent Unlimit at major MENA fintech and payments industry events and client forums

Qualifications Needed:

  • 10+ years in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles within Payments, FinTech, eCommerce, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of originating and closing major acquiring and commercial partnerships at C-suite level — required
  • Deep understanding of the acquiring ecosystem — banks, payment networks, card schemes, and commercial acquiring models
  • Experience operating in highly regulated, relationship-sensitive environments (banks, fintechs, BNPLs, telcos, utilities)
  • Excellent senior executive relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Existing C-suite network in UAE and MENA financial services and payments market is a significant advantage
