Job Title: CCB Fintech Partnership Manager

Job Description:Seeking a CCB Fintech Partnership Manager for a Corporate and Commercial Banking (CCB) client in Abu Dhabi. The role requires experience in developing and executing strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into Corporate Banking operations, building and managing fintech partnerships that enhance the bank’s corporate banking product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into Corporate and Commercial Banking (CCB) operations
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard fintech partners that enhance the bank’s corporate banking product and service capabilities
• Build and manage strategic fintech partnerships — negotiating commercial terms, managing partner relationships, and driving integration success
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Commercial teams on fintech partnership implementation
• Monitor fintech partnership performance and identify opportunities for product and commercial expansion
• Stay current on fintech innovation relevant to corporate banking — including payments, trade finance, and treasury technology
• Represent the bank in fintech partnership discussions with regulators, industry forums, and technology providers
• Produce partnership performance reports and strategic recommendations for CCB leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into Corporate Banking operations — required
• Proven partnership management experience within fintech, banking technology, or corporate financial services
• Deep understanding of corporate banking products, fintech partnership models, and API-based integrations
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills for fintech partnership agreements
• Excellent stakeholder management across technology, compliance, and commercial banking teams
• Abu Dhabi banking market knowledge is advantageous
