Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: The BI Analyst will build and maintain data pipelines, design dashboards, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and deliver insights that drive commercial and operational performance across Equiti’s EMEA operations.organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools
• Build and maintain data pipelines from source systems including trading platforms, CRM, and back-office systems
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions across commercial, operational, and risk domains
• Partner with Commercial, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams to understand data requirements and deliver reporting solutions
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all BI outputs
• Document data models, metric definitions, and dashboard logic
• Monitor KPI performance across sales, retention, trading activity, and operational efficiency
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
• Experience with data from trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or proprietary) is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis preferred
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights
• Experience in fintech, forex/CFD, or financial services preferred
