Job Title: Senior Manager – Insights (Data & AI)

Job Description: The Senior Manager – Insights is responsible for developing and executing advanced analytics and AI strategies, delivering actionable business insights, and embedding data-driven and AI-enabled practices across all business units within a regulated financial services environment. The role covers Consumer Financial Services, Corporate Finance, and Investment divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide analytics and insights strategy aligned with Finance House’s strategic objectives and digital transformation roadmap
• Identify and prioritize high-value analytics initiatives across Consumer Financial Services, Corporate Finance, and Investment divisions
• Build and lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and BI specialists, fostering a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to enhance credit decisioning, fraud detection, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency
• Establish and govern the data infrastructure, data quality frameworks, and analytics platforms required to support enterprise-wide analytics
• Deliver real-time dashboards, automated reporting, and self-service BI capabilities to business stakeholders
• Champion responsible AI and ethical data use in compliance with CBUAE regulatory standards and UAE data protection requirements
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and business leadership to embed data-driven culture and enable data-informed decision-making at all levels

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or AI/ML roles with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide analytics or AI initiatives within a regulated financial services, fintech, or banking environment
• Deep expertise in AI/ML techniques including predictive modelling, NLP, and deep learning applied to financial services use cases
• Strong proficiency with analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), data engineering tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with credit analytics, financial modelling, or risk analytics within banking or financial services preferred
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
