Job Title: Business Development – Pay & Card

Job Description: As a Business Development professional focused on Pay & Card products, you will drive the adoption and integration of Binance’s payment and card solutions with merchants, fintechs, and financial institutions across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities for Binance Pay and Binance Card products.
• Lead client onboarding, contract negotiations, and partnership management for payment solutions.
• Build strong relationships with merchants, acquirers, and banking partners to expand acceptance and usage.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of business development experience in payments, fintech, or card schemes.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, acquiring, and payment gateway ecosystems.
• Proven track record of closing payment partnerships and driving product adoption.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
