Job Title: Business Development Manager – FinTech

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for FinTech at a globally connected financial services search and solutions firm, you will build and maintain strong relationships with fintech companies, intermediaries, and key stakeholders — identifying, targeting, and attracting fintech companies globally to establish their presence within the organization. The role involves proactive business development, market research, industry engagement, and delivering exceptional client service to facilitate successful market entry and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fintech companies, intermediaries, and key stakeholders globally
• Identify, target, and attract fintech companies globally to establish their presence within the organization
• Develop referral channels and leverage networks to attract new fintech clients and industry partners
• Deliver exceptional client service and ensure long-term partnerships with fintech company clients
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth within the fintech sector
• Generate new business through networking, industry events, roadshows, and direct outreach
• Conduct market research and analyse industry data to identify opportunities for fintech business growth
• Represent the organization at fintech conferences, trade events, and networking forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven business development experience with strong fintech industry network and market knowledge
• Experience building relationships with fintech companies, intermediaries, and key industry stakeholders
• Strong commercial, client service, and strategic partnership development skills
• Excellent CRM management and performance reporting skills for fintech business development
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC fintech client engagement
