Job Title: Business Development Manager (Digital Assets/TradFi integration)

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager specialising in digital assets and traditional finance integration, you will drive the adoption of institutional-grade crypto and blockchain solutions across banking, asset management, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities at the intersection of digital assets and traditional finance.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing of partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and family offices.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of business development experience in fintech, digital assets, or traditional finance.
• Strong network within the UAE and GCC institutional finance ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of digital asset custody, trading, and blockchain-based financial products.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills; fluent in English.
