Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at a cryptocurrency payments technology company in the UAE, you will drive new commercial partnerships and client acquisition — with overall compensation plan comprising base salary and percentage of gross transactional revenue generated. The role focuses on building commercial relationships for a crypto payments technology platform across UAE and GCC markets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new commercial partnerships and client acquisition for a cryptocurrency payments technology company
• Identify, target, and develop new client relationships across UAE and GCC crypto payments markets
• Present cryptocurrency payment solutions to merchants, exchanges, and financial services clients
• Build and manage a commercial pipeline of crypto payments technology prospects
• Achieve commercial targets — base salary plus percentage of gross transactional revenue
• Monitor UAE and GCC cryptocurrency payments market developments and regulatory landscape
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, and Compliance teams on client solution scoping and delivery
• Represent the organization at UAE and GCC crypto payments and fintech industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Business Development Manager experience in crypto, payments, or fintech technology
• Strong commercial, relationship-building, and client acquisition skills for crypto payments technology
• Understanding of cryptocurrency payments, digital asset market dynamics, and UAE crypto regulatory landscape
• Excellent pipeline development and stakeholder management skills for B2B crypto technology sales
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC client engagement
