Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for a globally established Forex and CFD brokerage, you will be responsible for attending industry and company events to source your own potential clients, building and developing relationships with potential clients, and driving client acquisition across the UAE and MENA markets. You will apply 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex and CFD brokerage sales environments to build a high-performing client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Attend industry and company events to source own potential clients as directed by management
• Build and develop relationships with potential clients across the UAE and MENA Forex and CFD brokerage market
• Develop sales presentations and proposals to explain service specifications and product offerings
• Manage the full client acquisition cycle — from initial contact through account opening and first deposit activation
• Apply 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex and CFD brokerage sales environments to drive client growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and trading volume targets
• Coordinate with Dealing, Compliance, and Client Services teams on client onboarding and retention
• Monitor UAE and MENA Forex and CFD market dynamics and competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex and CFD brokerage sales environments — required
• Arabic speaker — required for MENA market client engagement
• Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills for Forex and CFD brokerage clients
• Understanding of Forex, CFD products, and UAE financial markets regulatory requirements
• Track record achieving client acquisition targets in a Forex brokerage commercial environment
• Excellent presentation and proposal development skills for brokerage product positioning
