Job Title: Manager

Job Description: As a Manager – Finance (Bede), you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, operations, regulatory compliance, and commercial analysis for a Central Bank of Bahrain-regulated Islamic-finance app spanning microfinance, cards, remittances, and future financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and finance operations
• Provide financial insight and scenario analysis to senior leadership
• Track product-level performance across microfinance, cards, and remittances
• Build models for profitability, cost-to-serve, and revenue contribution
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain financial requirements
• Oversee accurate income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reporting
• Evaluate technology investments, operating costs, and return on investment
• Build the finance team and manage regulator, auditor, and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications Needed:

• BSc or BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
• CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA professional accounting qualification
• Six or more years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
• Fintech, banking, or financial-services experience is preferred
• Experience assessing product performance and new-product financial viability
• Strong financial modelling, reporting, commercial-insight, and leadership skills
