Job Title: Business Analyst (Digital / Fintech Transformation)

Job Description: Seeking a Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, digital or technology strategy, fintech, a transformation office, digital business building, or a fast-paced financial environment. The role supports Al-Futtaim’s digital and financial services transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirements for digital and fintech transformation initiatives across Al-Futtaim’s business units
• Conduct business process analysis, stakeholder interviews, and data gathering to support digital transformation projects
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and solution design documentation for digital and fintech initiatives
• Work with technology and product teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Track and report on project progress, business outcomes, and KPIs for transformation initiatives
• Identify operational improvements and process optimization opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Support change management activities including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment
• Stay current on fintech trends, digital transformation best practices, and competitive dynamics in the UAE market

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–5 years in management consulting, digital or technology strategy, fintech, a transformation office, digital business building, or a fast-paced financial environment
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Experience in digital transformation, fintech, or technology project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and documentation
• Proficiency with business analysis tools, process modelling, and project reporting
• Understanding of UAE financial services and digital technology landscape preferred
