Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking Domain

Job Description: Seeking a Business Analyst with Banking Domain expertise for a financial services client in Dubai. The role requires 2–5 years in management consulting, digital or technology strategy, or a fast-paced financial environment, with strong ability to manage engagements from pre-plan through to the reporting stage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client engagements from pre-plan through to reporting stage — including requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery
• Analyse business requirements and document specifications for banking and fintech technology initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and gap analysis for digital banking and fintech transformation projects
• Develop business cases, functional specifications, and solution design documentation
• Work with development teams to validate solutions and ensure technology delivery meets business requirements
• Manage junior staff on engagements and contribute to their professional development
• Produce clear, well-structured analytical reports and client presentations
• Maintain highly experienced accounting and banking domain knowledge, with IFRS knowledge essential

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience managing engagements from pre-plan through to reporting stage — required
• Experience managing junior staff on engagements
• Highly experienced accounting professional; knowledge of IFRS essential
• Strong banking domain knowledge with client exposure in banking and capital markets
• 2–5 years in management consulting, digital strategy, fintech, or a fast-paced financial environment preferred
• Good team player who enjoys operating within a team environment
