Job Title: Corporate Banking Placement Analyst

Job Description: As a Corporate Banking Placement Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting critical client relationships and transactions at a globally established investment and corporate banking institution. You will gain hands-on experience across corporate banking operations, client management, and financial analysis — developing a practical understanding of how core banking systems and procedures link into the organization’s strategic approach to serving corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support critical corporate banking client relationships and transactions as an integral team member
• Develop a practical understanding of all core systems and procedures within corporate and investment banking and how they link into standard systems
• Provide analytical support for corporate banking mandates including financial modelling, transaction analysis, and credit assessments
• Assist senior bankers in client presentations, pitch book preparation, and deal documentation
• Coordinate with product specialists across investment banking, treasury, and transaction banking on client solutions
• Monitor client portfolios and produce regular financial reporting and performance analysis
• Conduct market research and sector analysis to support corporate client coverage teams
• Build a strong knowledge base in corporate banking products, credit frameworks, and relationship management practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant finance, economics, business, or related degree programme
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Genuine interest in corporate banking, investment banking, and financial markets
• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous
• UAE national preferred for this placement programme
