Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

Job Description: As a Strategic Financial Analyst at a UAE proptech and fintech company redefining rent payments and property investment portfolio management, you will be responsible for advising colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances — overseeing operations and development of financial frameworks that support a rapidly scaling proptech platform at the forefront of innovation across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances
• Oversee operations and development of the company’s financial frameworks and management reporting
• Build and maintain integrated financial models supporting strategic planning and investment decision-making
• Conduct financial performance analysis across business units and product lines for executive reporting
• Produce profit and loss balance sheets, management accounts, and strategic financial presentations
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams on financial performance tracking and business analysis
• Support fundraising and investor reporting activities with financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Monitor proptech and fintech market financial developments relevant to the company’s strategic positioning

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven financial analyst experience with 5+ years in strategic financial analysis or FP&A preferred
• Masters or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field — considered as an advantage
• Experience in fintech, proptech, or high-growth technology companies preferred
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and executive communication skills
• Ability to advise senior leadership on complex financial decisions across a scaling fintech platform
• Relevant professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
