Job Title: Business Analyst – AI Solutions (Banking / Fintech)

Job Description: As a Business Analyst for AI Solutions in a banking and fintech environment, you will be responsible for analyzing banking processes and translating business requirements into AI-powered solution specifications — supporting the implementation of AI and analytics solutions that transform banking and financial services operations across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze banking and fintech business processes and translate requirements into AI-powered solution specifications
• Support implementation of AI and analytics solutions that transform banking and financial services operations
• Analyze and optimize banking processes across retail banking, corporate banking, lending, payments, onboarding, KYC/AML, and digital banking channels
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping for AI solution design
• Produce clear business requirements documentation and AI solution specifications for technology teams
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for AI-powered banking platform releases
• Monitor AI and analytics technology developments relevant to banking and fintech process transformation
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Banking Operations teams on AI solution delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven business analyst experience with AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions in banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of core banking and digital banking ecosystems — required
• Analytical expertise with solid exposure to banking operations and knowledge of compliance considerations
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and producing AI solution business requirements documentation
• Proficiency with process mapping and business analysis tools
• Interest in fintech, banking, or AI analytics with exposure to real-world banking use cases preferred
