Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst for large-scale banking transformation programmes, you will apply domain expertise across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Treasury, and Trade Finance — supporting large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives within the banking sector. You will bring 8+ years of business analysis experience with expertise in at least one major banking domain and exposure to core banking transformation or large-scale system implementation programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Apply domain expertise across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Treasury, and Trade Finance
• Support large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives within the banking sector
• Understand operational processes, business rules, and compliance considerations within banking environments
• Support adherence to UAE regulatory standards including Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT controls, KYC processes, risk governance, and reporting obligations
• Work closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance teams, and external vendors on transformation delivery
• Participate in solution design discussions and validate business alignment of proposed systems
• Support integration initiatives including API and middleware-based implementations; assist in SIT and UAT phases
• Exposure to Lending, Cards, or Islamic Banking frameworks is considered beneficial

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services
• Expertise in at least one major banking domain: Retail, Corporate, Digital Banking, Treasury, or Payments
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end BA activities and stakeholder workshops
• Experience working across multi-team and vendor-driven environments
• Exposure to core banking transformation or large-scale system implementation programmes is highly desirable
• CBAP certification is advantageous but not mandatory
