Job Title: Banking Consultant (Business & Banking Products)

Job Description: As a Banking Consultant specializing in business and banking products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products to individuals and businesses — including corporate bank accounts, mortgages, mutual funds, and investment solutions. You will apply financial services advisory expertise to build a client portfolio and deliver tailored banking product recommendations that meet each client’s specific financial needs across the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products including corporate bank accounts, mortgages, mutual funds, and investment solutions
• Build and manage a portfolio of individual and business banking clients across the UAE market
• Conduct needs-based financial advisory sessions — identifying client financial requirements and recommending appropriate banking products
• Develop new client relationships through prospecting, referrals, and professional networking across the UAE
• Process banking product applications — ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain a deep knowledge of banking product features, eligibility criteria, and UAE banking regulatory requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly banking product sales targets
• Provide after-sales support and ongoing relationship management for banking product clients

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in banking product sales, financial advisory, or relationship management within a UAE banking context
• Strong knowledge of banking products including corporate accounts, mortgages, mutual funds, and investment solutions
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for individual and business client engagement
• Understanding of UAE banking regulatory requirements and KYC/AML standards for banking product sales
• Target-driven commercial mindset with track record of banking product sales achievement
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE banking client engagement
