Job Title: Auditor – Fresh Graduate / Junior Auditor (Financial Services)

Job Description: As a Fresh Graduate or Junior Auditor at a financial services and professional services firm, you will conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance frameworks — building foundational audit skills through structured mentoring and real engagement work. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in accounting, finance, taxation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance frameworks for financial services clients
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
• Review and test internal controls to ensure the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes
• Apply knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT to audit engagements
• Assist senior auditors on audit fieldwork — document review, testing, and evidence gathering
• Produce audit working papers and contribute to audit report preparation
• Build foundational audit skills through structured mentoring and real client engagement work
• Develop a strong career in accounting, finance, taxation, and reporting through structured professional development

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated from Finance, Accounting, or related degree — ideal for this Fresh Graduate Auditor role
• This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in accounting, finance, taxation, and reporting
• Knowledge in UAE Corporate Tax and VAT — preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills for audit engagement support
• ACCA, ACA, or relevant accounting qualification in progress preferred
