Job Title: Associate, Private Capital

Job Description: As an Associate in Private Capital at a globally established management consulting firm, you will manage, coach, and develop the capabilities of junior consulting staff — applying at least 4–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, to deliver private capital advisory for financial services and investment clients across Dubai and the wider MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and develop the capabilities of junior consulting staff on private capital engagements
• Apply at least 4–6 years of relevant experience — ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm — to private capital advisory
• Deliver private equity, private debt, and infrastructure investment strategy advisory for financial services clients
• Conduct market analysis, due diligence, and investment strategy development for private capital mandates
• Produce high-quality private capital consulting deliverables — strategic reports, investment analyses, and client presentations
• Build and maintain client relationships through expert private capital advisory delivery
• Contribute to business development for the Private Capital practice in Dubai and MENA
• Monitor global and MENA private capital market developments and investment landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• At least 4–6 years of relevant experience — ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm — required
• Proven Associate-level private capital or investment strategy consulting experience
• Strong market analysis, due diligence, and investment strategy development skills for private capital mandates
• Excellent client management, team coaching, and consulting delivery skills
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred for senior associate-level private capital advisory
• UAE or MENA private capital consulting experience strongly preferred
