Job Title: Associate, Government & Public Institutions

Job Description: As an Associate in the Government and Public Institutions practice at a globally established management consulting firm with offices in 70 cities across 30 countries, you will combine deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, and risk management — contributing to government and public sector advisory mandates across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Combine deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, and risk management
• Contribute to government and public sector advisory mandates across Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Conduct structured analysis, data-driven research, and strategic problem-solving for government client engagements
• Support senior consultants on complex government strategy, transformation, and risk advisory projects
• Produce clear, structured analytical outputs and presentations for government client and leadership review
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and government stakeholder engagement activities
• Complete Oliver Wyman structured analyst and associate programme training and professional development
• Build a professional network within a globally established management consulting firm’s Abu Dhabi operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated or early-career professional with genuine interest in government strategy and public sector advisory
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills for management consulting client work
• Business, Economics, Engineering, or related degree with excellent academic credentials
• Agile, collaborative, and purpose-driven approach to complex government and public institution advisory
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE government and public institution client engagement
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to work in Abu Dhabi for this government advisory mandate
