Job Title: Large Cap Analyst / Associate

Job Description: As a Large Cap Analyst or Associate in Global Corporate Banking UAE at a globally leading financial institution, you will provide analyses, develop models for large-cap corporate clients, and prepare industry analyses for pitches — engaging in the execution of live deals for large-cap UAE corporate clients through one of the world’s most prestigious corporate banking programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analyses and develop models for large-cap corporate clients across the UAE and MENA
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches — contributing to client presentation materials and deal analytics
• Engage in the execution of live deals with large-cap UAE corporate banking clients
• Support senior Corporate Bankers on large-cap client coverage, origination, and transaction execution
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and sector research for large-cap client mandates
• Produce transaction materials, credit analyses, and corporate banking client presentations
• Build foundational large-cap corporate banking skills through structured programme mentoring and live deals
• Develop a professional network within a globally leading financial institution’s UAE Corporate Banking team

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Analyst or Associate-level experience or strong academic credentials for a large-cap corporate banking programme
• Strong financial modelling, deal analysis, and industry research skills for large-cap corporate banking
• Genuine interest in corporate banking, large-cap client coverage, and deal execution careers
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication for corporate banking analytical delivery
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA large-cap corporate banking client engagement
• UAE or MENA corporate banking experience or internship exposure preferred
