Job Title: AI Agent Test Automation Engineer (Python)

Job Description: Seeking a software development company in the fintech and trading technology space, is hiring an AI Agent Test Automation Engineer (Python) in Dubai. The role involves testing AI-driven IDE plugins, extensions, and agent systems, combining automation engineering expertise with an understanding of AI agent behaviour and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities:*

• Design and build automated test frameworks for AI agents, IDE plugins, and software extensions in Python
• Test AI-driven tools and agent systems — validating accuracy, reliability, and performance across diverse scenarios
• Develop test plans and automation scripts specifically targeting AI agent behaviour, edge cases, and failure modes
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
• Monitor and analyse automated test results, identifying patterns in failures and areas for quality improvement
• Maintain and improve existing test automation infrastructure supporting Quadcode’s fintech software products
• Document test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality findings for engineering and product teams
• Stay current on AI testing methodologies and best practices for agent and LLM-based systems

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in test automation engineering with strong Python proficiency
• Experience testing AI agents, LLM-based tools, IDE plugins, or extensions preferred
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance, CI/CD integration, and automated testing frameworks (pytest, Selenium, or equivalent)
• Ability to design test strategies for AI-driven systems with non-deterministic outputs
• Experience in fintech, trading technology, or software development for regulated financial products preferred
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify subtle defects and edge cases in AI-powered systems
