Job Title: Sales Executive – Consumer Banking Product Sales

Job Description: As a Sales Executive for Consumer Banking Product Sales at the UAE’s largest bank, you will apply 1–2 years of experience in selling banking products in a financial company — achieving or exceeding agreed core product sales targets to build a new customer base across consumer banking products including credit cards, personal loans, and investment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 1–2 years of experience in selling banking products in a financial company to consumer banking sales targets
• Achieve or exceed agreed core consumer banking product sales targets to build a strong new customer base
• Promote and sell FAB consumer banking products — credit cards, personal loans, and investment solutions
• Identify and approach prospective clients through field sales, referral networks, and direct outreach
• Present consumer banking products compellingly across target customer segments in Dubai and the UAE
• Process banking applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and product suitability requirements
• Produce regular sales activity reports for management in line with performance tracking requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• 1–2 years of experience in selling banking products in a financial company — required
• Good understanding of UAE banking products and sales processes
• Strong sales skills, networking ability, and genuine passion for consumer banking product advisory
• Target-driven approach with track record of meeting and exceeding banking product sales KPIs
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE consumer banking client engagement
• UAE-based candidate preferred for field-based consumer banking sales mandate
