Job Title: Director – Investment Solutions Design (UAE)

Job Description: As a Director of Investment Solutions Design at a market leader across the MENAT region serving 9+ million customers, you will apply at least 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry managing investment products booking ecosystems — having built and continuing to evolve a digital ecosystem that covers the entire fund and investment product lifecycle for millions of banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve a digital ecosystem that covers the entire investment products booking ecosystem
• Apply 5+ years of experience managing investment products booking ecosystems in financial services
• Define and execute investment solutions design strategy — aligning with regulatory requirements and client needs
• Lead end-to-end investment product booking system design — from requirements through delivery and adoption
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Wealth Management teams on investment platform delivery
• Ensure investment booking systems meet UAE regulatory requirements and investment product suitability standards
• Produce investment solutions design roadmap and performance reporting for senior leadership
• Monitor investment product technology and digital banking trends for competitive advantage

Qualifications Needed:

• At least 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry managing investment products booking ecosystem — required
• Proven Director-level investment solutions design or product management experience
• Deep understanding of investment product lifecycle, booking systems, and digital banking investment platforms
• Excellent leadership, technology strategy, and executive stakeholder communication skills
• UAE banking investment products experience strongly preferred
