Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Financial Technology

Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst at a fast-growing financial technology company in Saudi Arabia, you will support the digital transformation of financial services aligned with Vision 2030 — applying business analysis expertise to a nationally significant financial technology platform that is delivering innovative digital finance solutions for Saudi businesses and consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the digital transformation of financial services in Saudi Arabia aligned with Vision 2030 objectives
• Apply business analysis expertise to a fast-growing financial technology company’s product and operational development
• Analyze financial technology business processes and translate requirements into structured business analysis outputs
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping for fintech platform development
• Produce clear business requirements documentation, process flows, and system specifications
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities for financial technology platform releases
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Banking partners on regulatory requirements and platform delivery
• Monitor Saudi financial technology and open banking regulatory developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Driven and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with fast-growing financial technology company experience
• Strong understanding of Saudi financial technology landscape and Vision 2030 digital finance transformation
• Excellent analytical, workshop facilitation, and business requirements documentation skills
• Understanding of SAMA open banking, digital payments, and fintech regulatory requirements for Saudi Arabia
• Arabic language skills essential for Saudi fintech business analysis and stakeholder engagement
