Job Description: As a participant in a globally established private bank’s Private Bank and Wealth Management Graduate Programme 2026, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support private banking and wealth management businesses — having access to the training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level of a Private Banking career. You will be exposed to bespoke banking and investment solutions for high-net-worth clients with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gain skills and knowledge necessary to support private banking and wealth management business operations
• Have access to training and guidance to help prepare for the next level of a private banking career
• Support Private Bankers on client relationship management, investment advisory, and portfolio analysis activities
• Conduct research and analysis supporting client wealth strategy development and investment recommendations
• Participate in structured Graduate Programme training, rotations, and professional development activities
• Build foundational private banking and wealth management knowledge through mentored client exposure
• Develop client-facing skills through involvement in client meetings, presentations, and service delivery
• Network with senior private banking and wealth management professionals across the global organization

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated from a Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree programme — 2026 graduate cohort
• Genuine interest in private banking, wealth management, and HNW client financial advisory
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to build a career in private banking through a structured graduate development pathway
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA HNW client engagement
