Job Title: AI Expert – ERP & Business Intelligence

Job Description: As an AI Expert for ERP and Business Intelligence applications within banking and financial services, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that enhance ERP and BI capabilities for financial services clients — applying deep AI and machine learning expertise to transform banking and financial technology operations through intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that enhance ERP and business intelligence capabilities for financial services clients
• Apply deep AI and machine learning expertise to banking and financial technology ERP and BI transformation
• Develop AI models, intelligent automation frameworks, and analytics solutions for banking ERP environments
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Banking Business teams on AI-powered ERP and BI delivery
• Produce technical documentation for AI solutions, ERP integration architectures, and BI model development
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering for AI and BI solution design in banking contexts
• Stay current on AI developments in ERP and banking intelligence — applying cutting-edge techniques to client solutions
• Mentor junior team members on AI and BI development best practices for banking and financial services

Qualifications Needed:

• Deep AI and machine learning expertise with ERP and business intelligence application experience in banking or financial services
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks for ERP and BI solution development
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions for banking ERP (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and BI platforms
• Understanding of banking and financial services data architectures and regulatory analytics requirements
• Relevant AI, data science, or ERP certification preferred
• Arabic and English communication skills for UAE banking and financial services client engagement
