Job Title: Wealth Advisor

Job Description: As a Wealth Advisor at a globally established digital investment platform ranked among CNBC’s World’s Top Fintech Companies in 2023 and 2024, you will guide existing and prospective high-net-worth clients in their investment decisions — reporting directly to the Country Manager to strategize and execute AUM-impacting initiatives. You will join a unique opportunity to build a start-up team for a digital investment platform operating across five markets with billions of dollars in assets under management.

Responsibilities:

• Guide existing and prospective HNW clients in their investment decisions — reporting to the Country Manager
• Strategize and execute AUM-impacting initiatives for a digital investment platform’s UAE market
• Proactively assist clients to understand their needs and objectives — communicating the platform’s product value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Manage and deepen client relationships to retain and grow existing HNW clients and reinvigorate churned clients
• Provide understanding of markets and platform products for client benefit — deepening brand loyalty
• Deliver seminars on financial and market topics to nurture current and prospective HNW clients
• Establish a Financial Wellness Program — proactively reaching out to companies to deliver educational sessions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products for HNW clients and communicate effectively in written and verbal form

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Wealth Advisor or HNW relationship management experience within a digital investment platform or fintech
• Deep knowledge of financial products for HNW investors — investments, portfolio management, and wealth planning
• Strong AUM growth and client retention track record in a UAE digital investment context
• Excellent advisory, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• UAE financial services regulatory compliance expertise including KYC and investment suitability requirements
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE HNW client engagement
