Job Title: Product Manager (Digital Payments, Restaurant / Fintech)

Job Description: As a Product Manager for a fast-scaling fintech revolutionizing the dining experience with ultra-fast payment solutions, you will be responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap for a digital payments platform that is transforming how restaurant and hospitality businesses collect payments, engage customers, and manage loyalty — driving product discovery, delivery, and adoption across UAE and regional markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for an ultra-fast digital payment and dining experience platform
• Drive product discovery, delivery, and adoption across restaurant, hospitality, and dining merchant clients
• Conduct user research with restaurant owners, managers, and diners to identify product opportunities and improvements
• Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital payments and dining experience features
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Restaurant Operations teams on product delivery
• Define product success metrics — payment adoption rates, GMV, customer engagement, and merchant satisfaction
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to senior leadership, investors, and merchant partners
• Monitor UAE and regional digital payments, restaurant technology, and customer loyalty market developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Manager experience with digital payments, restaurant technology, or consumer fintech products
• Strong product discovery, specification, and agile delivery skills for fast-paced startup environments
• Understanding of restaurant payment economics, digital loyalty, and hospitality technology market dynamics
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and product communication skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE restaurant and hospitality merchant partner engagement
• Experience at a fast-scaling fintech or restaurant technology startup preferred
