Job Title: Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Description: Own the full lifecycle of a global crypto wallet product at Tether Operations Limited, from roadmap definition and user stories through to technical execution and post-launch analysis. Role is completely remote, UAE-based.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for global crypto wallet products, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis
• Define product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing backlogs and development workflows
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements for engineering and design teams
• Evaluate technical solutions and prioritise features based on feasibility, business impact, and customer value
• Conduct extensive market research and customer discovery to refine product value propositions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and stakeholders to validate and deliver high-quality solutions
• Track and report on product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical product management role
• Proven experience building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features
• Strong technical understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, fully remote environment
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A bias toward action and willingness to both set strategy and execute hands-on tasks
