Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Merchant Experience

Job Description: The Senior PM will drive the vision and execution for merchant product experiences — working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to build tools that make Tamara indispensable to its merchant partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for Tamara’s merchant-facing products including checkout integrations, merchant portal, analytics dashboards, and API developer experience
  • Define product vision and strategy for merchant experience aligned with Tamara’s commercial goals and merchant feedback
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to identify the highest-impact merchant experience improvements
  • Translate merchant and business requirements into clear product specifications and success metrics
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product features on time and at scale
  • Use data and analytics to measure merchant product adoption, activation, and satisfaction — iterating continuously based on insights
  • Work with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure merchant product experiences align with go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to Tamara’s overall product management practices and culture

Qualifications Needed:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time in B2B or merchant-facing product roles
  • Experience building merchant platforms, payment integrations, developer tooling, or e-commerce products
  • Data-driven product mindset with strong analytical skills and experience running A/B tests and measuring product impact
  • Understanding of payment integration patterns, checkout flows, and API-first product design
  • Fintech, payments, or BNPL product experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across commercial, engineering, and design stakeholders
  • Arabic language skills are preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh

What the Company Offers:

  • Senior PM role at Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn with 40,000+ merchant partners and millions of users
  • Full product ownership of merchant experience across a fast-growing payments platform
  • PIF-backed company with 40+ nationality team and global offices in Riyadh, UAE, Egypt, Germany, and Vietnam
