Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate at a fintech lending platform serving the MENA market, you will be the primary point of contact for clients — ensuring smooth adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of the platform’s fintech lending and financial data solutions. You will meet and exceed established sales quotas, continuously track market trends and competitor activities to position the platform effectively, and drive measurable commercial outcomes through exceptional client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients — ensuring smooth adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of a fintech lending platform
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals
  • Continuously track market trends and competitor activities to position the platform effectively
  • Conduct regular client reviews presenting platform performance, usage analytics, and expansion opportunities
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the fintech lending and financial data product suite
  • Coordinate with Product, Technical, and Data teams on client-specific needs and integration challenges
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Collect and document client feedback — advocating for product improvements relevant to MENA fintech lending markets

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven customer success, account management, or sales experience within a fintech, SaaS, or financial data company
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and commercial targets in a B2B fintech environment
  • Strong ability to track market trends and competitor activities for competitive product positioning
  • Excellent client relationship management and commercial expansion skills for MENA fintech clients
  • Understanding of fintech lending, financial data, and MENA SME and enterprise credit market dynamics
  • Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA client engagement
