Job Title: Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Description: As an Assistant Relationship Manager at a UAE proptech and fintech company at the forefront of digital payment innovation, you will be responsible for supporting the relationship management team in managing and growing client relationships — assisting senior relationship managers with client portfolios across property investors, landlords, and tenants using the platform’s digital payment and portfolio management services.

Responsibilities:

• Support the relationship management team in managing and growing client portfolios across property investors, landlords, and tenants
• Assist senior relationship managers with client engagement, communication, and portfolio management activities
• Build and maintain professional client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service
• Coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding, digital payment setup, and portfolio management requirements
• Conduct client needs assessments and support the delivery of tailored digital payment and investment solutions
• Manage client queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to senior relationship managers
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM data for the relationship management portfolio
• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention objectives across the proptech and fintech platform

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in relationship management, client services, or account management within fintech, proptech, or financial services
• Understanding of digital payment products and property investment portfolio management preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and client relationship management tools
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE client engagement
• Genuine interest in proptech innovation and digital payments for the UAE real estate and investment market
