Job Title: Senior Product Owner – Digital Cards

Job Description: Recruiting a Senior Product Owner specializing in Digital Cards for a banking or fintech client in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a track record of delivering digital card innovations in banking or fintech and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for digital card products — debit, credit, prepaid, and virtual cards — for a UAE banking or fintech entity
• Lead end-to-end product development for digital card innovations from discovery through delivery and launch
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams on card product delivery
• Define digital card product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on digital card innovations and UAE card market trends
• Ensure digital card products comply with card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard), UAE regulations, and security standards
• Track digital card product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement post-launch
• Deliver digital card product presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Track record of delivering digital card innovations in banking or fintech — required
• Significant product management or product owner experience in digital card, payments, or banking technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong understanding of card scheme rules, digital card product architecture, and payments infrastructure
• Experience with tokenization, virtual cards, and digital wallet integration preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
