Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Description: Our Client is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a fintech client in Dubai. The role ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximising the value they receive from the fintech platform, requiring close collaboration with sales, finance, risk/compliance, and business care teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximising the value they receive from the fintech platform
• Monitor client health scores, usage patterns, and adoption trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Stay informed about industry trends, market challenges, and competitor strategies to address customer needs
• Work closely with sales, finance, risk/compliance, and business care teams to ensure cohesive customer experience
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to present performance data and identify growth opportunities
• Drive product adoption, cross-sell opportunities, and contract renewals across the client portfolio
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, coordinating internal resolution
• Produce regular reporting on customer health, satisfaction, and commercial performance metrics

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management within fintech, SaaS, or financial services
• Strong market awareness with ability to track competitor strategies and proactively advise clients
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, finance, risk/compliance, and operations teams
• Data-driven approach to monitoring customer health and driving proactive engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of fintech products and digital financial services preferred
