Job Title: Virtual Relationship Officer

Job Description: As a Virtual Relationship Officer in an Emiratized role at the UAE’s largest bank, you will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related major — providing excellent digital and virtual banking service to FAB customers and building relationships through digital channels as part of FAB’s structured Emirati talent development programme.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent digital and virtual banking service to FAB customers through digital and remote channels
• Build and maintain customer relationships through virtual banking advisory and digital service delivery
• Process account opening, product onboarding, and service requests through virtual banking channels
• Cross-sell FAB banking products — credit cards, personal loans, investments, and Islamic banking solutions
• Meet virtual relationship banking KPIs — NPS, service satisfaction, and digital channel conversion targets
• Ensure full adherence to FAB policies and UAE banking regulatory requirements for virtual banking
• Produce virtual relationship management reporting and activity tracking for banking leadership review
• Contribute to FAB’s Emirati talent development and digital banking transformation through professional service

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized Virtual Relationship Officer role
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related major — preferred
• Genuine interest in digital banking, virtual relationship management, and UAE customer service
• Strong communication and client relationship-building skills for virtual banking advisory
• Arabic language skills essential for UAE National virtual banking client engagement
• Proficiency with digital banking platforms and virtual communication tools
