Job Title: Vice President, Compliance Consulting

Job Description: As Vice President of Compliance Consulting at Kroll, you will lead high-profile compliance and regulatory engagements for fintech, banking, and financial services clients across the GCC, providing strategic advisory and risk management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage compliance consulting projects, including regulatory remediation, AML/CFT frameworks, and governance reviews.
• Advise clients on regulatory developments, compliance program design, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and present high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory consulting experience in financial services or fintech.
• Deep expertise in GCC financial regulations (SAMA, CBUAE, ADGM, DIFC, QCB, CBB).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale compliance engagements for major financial institutions.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship skills; fluent in English.
