Job Title: VP – Hybrid Cloud & Container Platforms.

Job Description: As a VP for Hybrid Cloud and Container Platforms, you will shape the strategy, architecture, engineering, and operational integrity of a unified banking platform spanning on-premises and public-cloud environments, with a focus on resilient Red Hat OpenShift and Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities:

• Define strategic direction for hybrid-cloud and container platforms
• Lead architecture and engineering of a unified application platform
• Oversee integration across on-premises and public-cloud environments
• Manage the lifecycle of Red Hat OpenShift and Azure platform capabilities
• Ensure resilience, scalability, security, and operational integrity
• Coordinate platform delivery with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Drive cloud-platform innovation, standardization, and efficiency
• Establish governance for changes, capacity, incidents, and platform risk

Qualifications Needed:

• Senior leadership experience in hybrid-cloud and container-platform engineering
• Deep knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Microsoft Azure
• Strong architecture experience across on-premises and public-cloud estates
• Understanding of resilience and security requirements for critical banking applications
• Ability to lead platform strategy and full lifecycle governance
• Strong stakeholder management across technology and business functions
