Job Title: VAS Revenue & Vendor Partnerships Executive

Job Description: As a VAS Revenue and Vendor Partnerships Executive at a fintech SaaS company, you will be responsible for driving growth through Value-Added Services (VAS) revenue and strategic vendor partnerships — applying experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services to identify, develop, and commercialize new revenue streams and partnership opportunities. You will keep accounts clean, filings on time, and audits ready while building the VAS and vendor partnerships business.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive VAS revenue growth and vendor partnership development for a fintech SaaS company
  • Identify, develop, and commercialize new Value-Added Services revenue streams and strategic vendor partnerships
  • Apply experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services to build high-value partnership commercial relationships
  • Build and manage relationships with VAS vendors, technology partners, and financial services providers
  • Negotiate and close VAS partnership commercial agreements — driving revenue and expanding the product ecosystem
  • Keep accounts clean, filings on time, and audits ready — maintaining commercial and administrative discipline
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on VAS integration and partner enablement
  • Monitor UAE fintech SaaS market dynamics and identify new VAS and vendor partnership opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services — required
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
  • Proven revenue and partnership development experience in a fintech or SaaS environment
  • Commercial discipline — ability to keep accounts clean, filings on time, and audits ready
  • Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills for VAS vendor and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for multi-stakeholder VAS partnership management
