Job Title: Treasury Operations Specialist – Outgoing Payments, TT & Online Banking

Job Description: As a Treasury Operations Specialist at a corporate group, you will prepare and initiate outgoing payments — telegraphic transfers, cheques, and online banking — in accordance with approved authorization matrices, ensuring compliant and accurate payment processing for a professionally managed corporate treasury function.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and initiate outgoing payments — telegraphic transfers, cheques, and online banking — per authorization matrix
• Ensure all outgoing payment processing complies with approved authorization matrices and UAE banking standards
• Process and verify outgoing payment documentation — TT instructions, cheque issuance, and online banking approvals
• Coordinate with banking partners on payment execution, SWIFT messaging, and settlement confirmation
• Monitor payment status and resolve payment discrepancies or failures with banking partners promptly
• Ensure all treasury payment operations comply with UAE banking regulations and internal controls
• Maintain accurate payment records and treasury documentation for audit and management review
• Produce treasury operations performance reports for senior treasury and finance leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Treasury Operations Specialist experience with outgoing payments, TT, and online banking background
• Strong telegraphic transfer processing, cheque management, and online banking payment initiation skills
• Deep understanding of UAE banking authorization matrix requirements for payment operations
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills for high-volume outgoing payment processing
• Proficiency with banking online platforms — HSBCnet, SCB Straight2Bank, or equivalent — preferred
• GCC corporate group or banking treasury operations experience strongly preferred
