Job Title: Trade Finance & Treasury Coordinator

Job Description: As a Trade Finance and Treasury Coordinator at a corporate group, you will coordinate bank facility renewals, trade finance instruments — letters of credit, bank guarantees — and credit line documentation — ensuring all banking facilities and trade finance operations are efficiently managed for a professionally managed corporate organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bank facility renewals, trade finance instruments (LCs, bank guarantees), and credit line documentation
• Ensure all banking facilities and trade finance operations are efficiently managed for the corporate group
• Process trade finance documentation — LC applications, guarantee requests, and banking facility renewals
• Liaise with banking partners on facility terms, documentation requirements, and credit line management
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams on trade finance and banking facility requirements
• Maintain accurate banking facilities and trade finance records for management and audit review
• Produce trade finance and banking facilities performance reports for senior Finance leadership review
• Monitor UAE banking regulatory requirements affecting trade finance and facility management operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Trade Finance and Treasury Coordinator experience with banking facilities management background
• Strong trade finance instrument knowledge — LCs, bank guarantees, and credit line documentation
• Understanding of UAE banking regulatory requirements for corporate trade finance and facility management
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills for high-volume trade finance documentation processing
• Arabic and English language skills preferred for UAE banking partner and team engagement
• GCC corporate group trade finance and banking facilities coordination experience strongly preferred
