Job Title: Treasury Dealer – FX Spot & Forward, Corporate Clients

Job Description: As a Treasury Dealer for FX Spot and Forward at a UAE bank, you will apply FX dealing and corporate client coverage expertise — executing FX spot and forward transactions, hedging advisory, and treasury product sales for corporate banking clients of a professionally managed UAE banking institution.

Responsibilities:

• Apply FX dealing expertise to spot and forward transaction execution for corporate banking clients
• Execute FX spot and forward transactions for corporate client hedging and treasury needs
• Provide FX hedging advisory to corporate clients — identifying exposure, recommending hedging structures
• Present FX treasury products — spot, forward, NDF, FX options — to corporate CFOs and treasury teams
• Achieve Treasury Dealer-level FX revenue and corporate client acquisition targets
• Coordinate with Corporate Banking, Compliance, and Operations teams on FX treasury product delivery
• Ensure all FX dealing activities comply with UAE Central Bank and CBUAE treasury regulatory requirements
• Monitor UAE and global FX market developments and regulatory changes for treasury dealing strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Treasury Dealer experience with FX spot and forward dealing and corporate client coverage
• Strong FX dealing — spot, forward, NDF — and corporate client FX hedging advisory skills
• Deep understanding of UAE banking FX regulatory requirements and corporate treasury product standards
• Excellent commercial, FX product advisory, and corporate CFO treasury stakeholder management skills
• ACI Dealing Certificate or equivalent treasury dealing qualification preferred
• GCC UAE bank FX treasury dealer corporate client coverage experience strongly preferred
