Job Description
Job Title: Trading Controls & Integrity Analyst
Job Description: Trading Controls & Integrity (TCI) is an independent function that does not trade, manage risk, or design pricing. It analyses behaviour, investigates cases, and escalates issues when trading activity undermines commercial fairness or governance standards. The analyst role suits analytically curious professionals who enjoy identifying meaningful patterns across accounts, incentives, and trading activity.
Responsibilities:*
- Analyse trading activity to identify patterns of abusive or exploitative behaviour
- Detect structural exploitation involving trading mechanics, incentives, or platform protections
- Monitor for coordinated activity across related accounts, IB structures, or trading groups
- Conduct detailed investigations into suspicious trading activity including trade reconstruction, behavioural pattern analysis, and timeline and account relationship mapping
- Produce clear, evidence-based investigation reports suitable for internal governance and regulatory review
- Develop and maintain investigation frameworks, protocols, and knowledge libraries
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Legal teams on escalated cases
- Identify systemic control weaknesses and propose improvements to detection tooling and trading policies
Qualifications Needed:
- Analytical background with strong investigative instincts — ability to identify patterns in complex datasets
- Experience in trading operations, compliance, market surveillance, or financial crime investigations
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with trading platform data is highly advantageous
- Understanding of Forex/CFD trading mechanics, platform incentive structures, and broker business models
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured investigation reports for governance and regulatory audiences
- Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and documentation quality
- CISI or equivalent financial services qualifications are advantageous
What the Company Offers:
- Role in an independent, analytically rigorous control function at one of the world’s leading Forex CFD providers
- Access to rich trading activity datasets across millions of client accounts
- Dubai-based role with exposure to global trading market dynamics across Asia, Europe, and North America
- Competitive compensation and professional development support
