Job Title: Telco Compliance Manager

Job Description: The Telco Compliance Manager will own the compliance governance for Tabby’s telco partnerships — ensuring data use agreements, product integrations, and marketing activities meet all CBUAE, UAE data protection, and telecom regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Own compliance governance for Tabby’s telecom data partnerships and product integrations
• Review and advise on telco data use agreements, data sharing arrangements, and data processing activities
• Ensure all telco data use complies with UAE Personal Data Protection Law, CBUAE consumer data requirements, and telecom regulatory frameworks
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Data Science teams on telco data integration compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments in UAE telecom, data protection, and BNPL regulatory frameworks affecting telco partnerships
• Conduct compliance reviews of new telco data product features and marketing uses
• Liaise with telco partners on compliance matters and data governance requirements
• Produce compliance reporting and governance documentation for telco partnerships

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of compliance experience with exposure to telecom, data privacy, or fintech regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of UAE Personal Data Protection Law, CBUAE consumer data requirements, and UAE telecom regulatory framework
• Experience advising on data partnerships, data sharing agreements, and data use compliance
• Understanding of consumer credit, BNPL, or fintech regulatory environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
