Job Title: Team Manager – Credit Card Banking Sales

Job Description: As a Team Manager for Credit Card Banking Sales at a UAE banking sales organization, you will apply a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Credit Card sales within the UAE market — leading a high-performing credit card sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing credit card sales team — coaching, managing, and driving commercial performance
• Apply minimum 2 years of proven Credit Card sales experience within the UAE market to team leadership
• Set credit card sales targets and drive individual and team KPI achievement through consistent commercial activity
• Recruit, onboard, and develop credit card sales team members for a high-performance UAE banking sales environment
• Monitor team pipeline health, conversion rates, and credit card acquisition KPIs
• Ensure all team sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and product suitability requirements
• Produce regular team performance reports and commercial insights for senior sales management
• Build a strong team culture of accountability, performance, and professional development

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Credit Card sales within the UAE market — required
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and sales performance management skills for UAE banking sales team
• Deep understanding of UAE credit card products, banking regulations, and DSA sales channel operations
• Target-driven approach with track record of meeting and exceeding UAE banking sales team KPIs
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE credit card sales team and client engagement
• UAE banking sales team management experience required
