Job Title: Head of Business Development

Job Description: As Head of Business Development for a premium real estate investment and fintech platform in Dubai, you will be responsible for leading the company’s acquisition strategy, structuring the growth department, and driving portfolio expansion at a leadership level. You will build and lead the Business Development function, defining acquisition strategies, overseeing pipeline performance, and driving sustainable portfolio growth across Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s acquisition strategy and structure the growth department as Head of Business Development
• Drive portfolio expansion at a leadership level across Dubai’s premium real estate investment and fintech market
• Build and lead the Business Development function — defining acquisition strategies, overseeing pipeline performance
• Drive sustainable portfolio growth through direct acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market development
• Manage onboarding of property owners and acquisition of investment inventory across Dubai
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with property developers, family offices, and institutional investors
• Monitor and report on pipeline performance and portfolio growth metrics for executive leadership
• Represent the platform at investment forums and real estate events across the UAE

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of Business Development or senior commercial leadership experience in real estate investment, proptech, or fintech
• Track record of building and leading business development functions with portfolio acquisition mandates
• Strong network among Dubai property developers, investors, and family offices
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate and investment market dynamics
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE investor and developer engagement
