Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Job Description: The Sales Support Officer will provide the commercial team with operational backbone — managing client onboarding documentation, maintaining CRM records, coordinating internal approvals, and ensuring the sales pipeline moves efficiently from lead through to live account.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team with client onboarding documentation — gathering KYC information, managing agreement workflows, and coordinating compliance approvals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client pipeline activity, account status, and documentation in the CRM system
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve account onboarding and operational queries
• Assist with preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and client materials
• Track and manage client onboarding timelines — ensuring smooth progression from application through to account activation
• Handle incoming client service requests and route them to the appropriate internal teams
• Support sales reporting by maintaining pipeline data and producing regular commercial reports
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales and regional sales team as required

Qualifications Needed:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or client onboarding within fintech, financial services, or trading
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of KYC/AML onboarding requirements in a regulated financial environment is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Client service orientation with professional, responsive approach
