Job Title: Specialist – Credit Management

Job Description: As a Credit Management Specialist at the UAE’s largest bank, you will review, analyze, and recommend loan proposals — keeping in mind approved credit policies, procedures, and market dynamics to produce high-quality credit analysis. You will evaluate client credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk associated with accounts and facilitate the credit decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and recommend loan proposals keeping in mind approved credit policies, procedures, and market dynamics
• Evaluate clients’ credit data and financial information and financial statements to determine risk
• Develop proposals related to credit transactions and risks based on clients’ financial information
• Facilitate the credit decision-making process based on credit worthiness analysis
• Ensure credit documentation is complete for facilitating the application process and approval
• Support the Private Banking Credit function recommending new credit and extensions of credit facilities
• Review mortgage loan credit applications through financial document analysis and credit assessment
• Maintain high-quality credit analysis standards in line with UAE banking regulatory requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven credit management specialist or credit analyst experience within a major UAE bank
• Strong financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation skills
• Understanding of UAE banking credit policies, personal and mortgage loan underwriting
• Excellent analytical and written communication for credit proposal preparation
• Arabic language skills preferred for Abu Dhabi client credit documentation engagement
• ACA, ACCA, or relevant banking qualification preferred
