Job Title: Software Engineer (Java)

Job Description: As a Software Engineer specializing in Java within a globally established fintech company’s Graduate Programme 2027, you will work on fast-moving technical projects — building production systems in Java from day one as part of a high-performance, globally distributed engineering team. You will develop your Java engineering skills through real production work and structured graduate programme mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Work on fast-moving technical Java engineering projects — building production systems from day one of the programme
• Develop and maintain Java backend services supporting a globally established fintech’s product and platform features
• Collaborate with senior engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional squad members on real platform delivery
• Write clean, well-tested Java code following the fintech’s engineering quality and reliability standards
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint delivery activities
• Complete Graduate Programme 2027 structured training, learning, and professional development activities
• Build Java engineering skills and fintech product knowledge through mentored production engineering work
• Contribute to the engineering culture of a globally established fintech serving 75+ million customers

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated or soon-to-graduate from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree with Java proficiency
• Genuine interest in fintech, digital banking, and production software engineering
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills with ability to contribute meaningfully in a high-performance team
• Proactive learner with professional ambition to build a fintech engineering career from day one
